Returns / Refunds
There are a few cases where you may need to return a product:
It came broken, damaged, or defective: We are so sorry and will either refund or replace the product immediately. Please email us letting us know the situation.
Change your mind?: We want you to have an excellent experience with us and will accept returns for unopened, unused items within 14 days of receiving your item. As soon as we receive the items back we will issue you a full refund and notify you by email. Please email us at email@example.com and let us know the situation so we can provide you with an address to send the product back to.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us and we will try to make it right.
