Returns / Refunds
There are a few cases where you may need to return a product:
It came broken, damaged, or defective: We are so sorry and will either refund or replace the product immediately. Please email us letting us know the situation.
Change your mind?: We want you to have an excellent experience with us and will accept returns for unopened, unused items within 30 days of receiving your item. As soon as we receive the items back we will issue you a full refund and notify you by email. Please email us at email@example.com and let us know the situation so we can provide you with an address to send the product back to.
Note: Caked or Balled skeins cannot be returned. This applies if the skeins are caked by us, or by the customer. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please reach out to us and we will try to make it right. These policies are not hard and fast, but are a framework which we can work through. We want you to have a positive experience; after all, we're customers too.
